Position Summary Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Director of Softball Operations executes all operational matters relating to the softball program, the student athletes and the coaching staff. This position will support the Head Coach and ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, BIG 12, and Title IX.
