The University of South Dakota Director of Ticket Sales and Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Coyote Ticket Office; renewing season tickets for football, men’s & women’s basketball, and volleyball, acquiring new season ticket holders, and developing group sales opportunities. Additionally, this position will be responsible for hiring and training of game day support staff, scheduling Coyote Ticket Office personnel, overseeing ticket operations for all home athletic events, managing a budget, and preparing and reconciling ticket office reports. The successful candidate must demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and be able to work nights and weekends, as needed.
