The Aquatics Coordinator supports the daily operation of Villanova’s natatoriums across all Villanova campuses, including Cabrini, by coordinating pool schedules, lifeguard staffing, safety systems, aquatic programming, and facility readiness. Working under the direction of the Director of Fitness & Recreation – Aquatics, Operations & Risk Management, this role ensures that aquatic facilities and programs operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with University policies and regulatory standards.
