Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Swimming Coach working with both the Men's and Women's teams. The position is a full-time 10-month appointment with flexibility to set work hours appropriate to the needs of the program. The position also includes a generous benefits package. The Assistant Swimming Coach will provide assistance for the Head Coach in all areas associated with creating and sustaining a championship environment and program. Duties of primary importance will include: 1) recruiting - identifying prospective student-athletes who meet Kenyon College’s academic standards; contacting (email, phone, mail, social media) prospective recruits, families, and coaches; arranging campus visits for recruits; and developing recruiting materials, 2) on-deck coa
