Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Head Men's and Women's Squash Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. The Head Men’s and Women’s Squash Coach will be responsible for all phases of starting a successful college Squash program: coaching, providing leadership, scouting, recruiting, instructing, strength training and conditioning, arranging travel, managing budgets, tracking equipment and developing financial program support. Teaching one class per semester is included in the responsibilities. Successful candidates will be able to show a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their support for students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, religious, and national backgrounds.
Kenyon College is a highly selective liberal arts college of 1800 students located in the village of Gambier, 50 miles northeast of Columbus, Ohio. The Owls currently compete in 22 intercollegiate sports, 11 men's and 11 women's, within the North Coast Athletic Conference (Division III). That number will grow to 23 in 2025-26, when women's golf is added. Kenyon is a founding member of the NCAC, the first conference in the country devoted to giving equal emphasis to men's and women's sports. Since the NCAC began competition in the 1984-85 academic year, Kenyon teams have collected 130 conference championships. Kenyon leads all NCAA Division III institutions with a total of 62 national championship trophies and ranks second with 91 NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship award-winners.
