Bachelor degree required, master’s preferred. Applicants must have coaching and softball experience, with preference given to those having collegiate experience. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills. Must have the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision and the flexibility to travel, work weekends and evenings when necessary.
