Job Summary: The Head Coach is responsible for the leadership, strategic planning and administration of all aspects of the women’s softball program and reports to the Athletic Director. This position ensures the program operates with the highest standards of integrity, fosters positive and competitive student-athlete experience, and supports the holistic development of student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally. The Head Coach is expected to exemplify and promote the NAIA Champions of Character principles & uphold OLLU’s core values in all facets of the program.
