Position Summary The Kansas Softball Assistant Coach will be responsible for helping to coach and support the softball team successfully compete at the Big 12 and national level, both athletically and academically. The position assists with overall supervision, organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive women's intercollegiate softball program. This would include recruiting, coaching, scouting opponents, budgetary management, home event management, coordinating team travel, camp coordination, compliance with NCAA, Big 12 and institutional rules, and a commitment to academic development of student-athletes. Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: Assist Head Coach in planning, facilitating, and running team
