The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach, Sprint Football by coaching Cadet-athletes, recruiting, monitoring Cadet-athletes’ academic progress, overseeing the discipline and conduct of the Cadet-athletes. This position reports to the Offensive Coordinator, Sprint Football. All the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the United States Military Academy (“USMA”), Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. (“AWPAA”), the Collegiate Sprint Football League (“Conference”), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”).
