Reporting to the Vice President and Director of Athletics and working regularly with the sport administrator, the Head Coach will be responsible for the overall administration of the Men’s Volleyball program. It is their responsibility to foster and encourage the goals of student-athletes, stress the elements of sportsmanship and fair play, and do so within the mission of Barton College, Conference Carolinas and NCAA Division II.
