Job Description The Assistant Coach serves as a shared assistant coach for the men’s and women’s cross country and track & field teams, working primarily with the distance athletes during the track seasons. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position reporting to the Head Cross Country Coaches. The Assistant Coach demonstrates commitment to the Washington & Lee University philosophy by emphasizing academic priorities for student-athletes as well as the importance of good citizenship in and out of competition.
