The Associate Athletics Director Development Operations will oversee and help plan and implement a comprehensive fundraising operation measured against competitive peer groups, the Atlantic Coast Conference and other Power 5 institutions. Specifically, the individual will have oversight of day-to-day operations, communications, stewardship, and events, and work in tandem with the GT Athletics fundraising team. Will establish operational excellence and efficiencies that support the GT Athletics fundraising team. This role will manage the relationship between the Alexander Tharpe Team and other campus units and will serve as a presence in the absence of the Executive Director for all internal meetings.
