The Head Rodeo Coach provides leadership, coaching, and administrative oversight for the College’s intercollegiate rodeo program, supporting student-athlete success, regulatory compliance, and competitive performance. This position is responsible for recruiting and developing student-athletes, organizing practices and competitions, managing program operations, and ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) requirements.
