The UEL high performance sport programme provides elite level support to international and national standard athletes in its 5 high performance sports. These sports are Basketball, Soccer, Tennis Track and Field and Volleyball. The University is now nationally recognised in these sports, achieving consistent success with its teams and providing a platform for students to achieve excellent performances both in academia and sport.
up to £6,000 bursary per annum (bursaries may be higher for exceptional applicants)*

Priority access to on-campus accommodation and the option to stay with other athletes on the programme.
*Elite Scholarships are only available for Track and Field, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis and Volleyball.
