Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Athletics Ticket Sales generates ticket sales for Tulane Athletics events. This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Sales & Customer Service.
Essential Functions of the Job:
1. Function: Ticket Sales - Sell Football, Men's and Women’s Basketball, Baseball and Volleyball Season Tickets, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other ticket products; generate sales through phone contact, email, appointments, and new sales leads; build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service; work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game; and achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established Assistant Athletic
