Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Athletic Facilities and Game Day Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of all Haverford College’s athletic facilities, which includes maintenance, scheduling, and collaborating with the Office of Auxiliary Services to ensure a smooth transition for rentals and summer usage. The Operations Manager also executes all aspects of game day management, which includes hiring and supervising student workers, communicating with visiting teams and officials prior to and on game day, and addressing any crowd control issues.
