Southwest Minnesota State University Women's Soccer is looking for a Graduate Assistant for the upcoming 2022-23 season. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach with all activities of the program, including, but not limited to, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, academic progress of student-athletes, competitive game strategy, budget management, and the program compliance with the University. The stipend is $8,000 plus 18 credit hours of tuition waiver per year. Candidate review begins immediately and continues until filled. AA/EOE

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and being accepted into the graduate program. • Enroll in a minimum of six credits per semester • Must be able to work flexible working hours to include evenings, nights, and weekends. • Must meet the Minnesota State System vehicle driving qualifications.
