Under administrative direction, oversees all aspects of ticket operations and sales within the athletic department including, but not restricted to, ticketing responsibilities for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball, maintaining computer system integrity, hiring, evaluating, and training of staff, working closely with other external relations staff to maintain communication and develop marketing strategies for ticket sales, establishing and maintaining a philosophy of customer service throughout the entire ticket office. Serve as primary sales contact for all external and internal constituents. Supports process orientation, best practice, and cost effective management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for ticket sales and operations for all ticketed athletic events for Saint Louis University

Develop, manage and execute a ticket sales campaign, with a focus on men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball season tickets, mini plans, suites, group and individual game sales to maximize customer relations and revenue

Develop concepts for season ticket retention, which results in a dual plan for renewing tickets along with creating new business

Maximize creative marketing efforts with existing and potential new season ticket holders (i.e. include, but not limited to, social media, emails, texting technology, web ads, corporate strategies, and sales campaigns)

Manage all aspects of game day ticketing operations and cash deposits

Coordinate with the business office for financial reconciliation

Create and cultivate relationships with current and future season ticket holders and athletic donors

Serve as a member of the Senior administrative leadership team

Oversee Graduate Assistant and student workers assigned to ticketing office

Develop a communication plan for distributing information and engaging season ticket holders

Effective resolution of all customer service issues at all points of sale locations and at athletic events
