Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking applications for an Associate Director of Compliance. This position is responsible to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance for assisting in coordinating all aspects of a comprehensive NCAA Division I athletics compliance and rules education program. The Associate Director also: - Provides support and assistance with research to interpret NCAA, conference, and ETSU rules and analyze presented scenarios to determine permissibility for coaches and staff; - Organizes required NCAA documentation including eligibility reports, financial aid squad lists, scholarships, Letters of Intent, recruiting documentation, and practice documentation; - Serves as part of the athletic eligibility certification team; and, - Performs all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | - Knowledge of NCAA rules and the ability to make interpretations.
- Knowledge of the NCAA Compliance Assistant software, Banner software and LSDBi.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Ability to work independently under deadline without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications | - Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in NCAA compliance.
