Assist the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach with the daily operation of the women’s lacrosse program in the NCAA Division III and the recruitment of student-athletes. Perform additional coaching or administrative assignments and teach in the department as requested.
Some primary responsibilities of the role include assisting with the holistic development of student-athletes, representing the program and the college to students, parents, alumni, and the general public; and assisting in managing the daily operations and administration facets of the program.
A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in playing collegiate women's lacrosse. A preferred candidate will have successful and proven experience in coaching and recruiting student-athletes on the collegiate level. The candidate should have a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy of athletics, and sufficient knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. The candidate must have the ability to travel extensively throughout the year, and must have a current, valid driver’s license and must be insurable under Denison’s liability insurance policy.
