Associate Head/Assistant Men's Tennis Coach
Summary Of Job Duties The Associate Head Men's Tennis Coach or Assistant Men's Tennis Coach will assist the Head Men's Tennis Coach in the overall operation of a Division I men's tennis program for the University of Arkansas. Responsibilities include managing practice, match preparation, overseeing administrative processes and player development. Assist in recruiting talented student-athletes to the program. This involves scouting potential recruits, attending tournaments, evaluating players' abilities, and building relationships with high school coaches and players in order to recruit athletically and academically qualified student-athletes. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious
