The Associate Athletic Director for Development will work directly with the Deputy Athletic Director in all aspects of the Athletic Fund Raising program for the University's 17 NCAA Division I sports. Essential tasks include but are not limited to: daily oversight of the BRAA Staff and the day to day operations of the BRAA office to include leading all BRAA Staff meetings, serving as the Chief Development Officer for Athletics, manage BRAA Board relations, track BRAA staff metrics, oversight of the BRAA operating budget, develop, organize and implement the comprehensive annual giving strategy and membership campaign as approved by AD and Deputy AD for the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA); oversight of yearly recruitment of new donors and campaign volunteers; retaining current member
