Duties: assist the head coach with all aspects of the team including: training, competing and scheduling; organizing and maintaining accurate inventory of softball equipment and uniforms; day-to-day coaching of student athletes and individual skill instruction; recruiting athletic and academically sound, competitive student athletes that can compete on the NCAA Division II level; establishing a strong working relationship with the University and surrounding community; following NCAA, Great American Conference and University rules and regulations; attending seminars, conferences and other professional development opportunities; assisting with pre-game preparations to include travel arrangements and player accommodations; assisting with recruiting including calling prospective student-athlet
