Technical - Coach U8 Boys and Girls teams - Provide lesson plans for volunteer coaches - Run coaches meetings and clinics as needed to train coaches - Oversee practice sessions and show new ideas when needed for sessions - Develop rules for program - Develop general material for coaches - Build relationship with coaches Community Outreach - Work with current sponsors - Provide marketing material on local roads/streets, schools, small business, etc. for added program viability Administrative - Oversee registration and serve as primary contact for communications - Send emails to membership about all current and upcoming news regarding the Recreation Program - Answer any questions or concerns parents may
