The Director of Membership Services is responsible for managing the annual legislative process, serves as the staff liaison to the Management Council and Constitution Committee, administers the Association’s educational efforts through the operation of an online examination program, oversees the Form 3 Online Eligibility System, monitors submittal of required annual Membership compliance forms, and edits, produces and updates the CCCAA Constitution and Bylaws.
