The Head Coach will be engaged in all aspects of running a competitive Division I Women’s Soccer program. Duties include, but are not limited to; recruiting, player development, scheduling, community engagement, personnel oversight, alumni engagement, program promotion, and fundraising. The Head Coach will be required to abide by all NCAA, Mountain West Conference, and Colorado College rules, regulations, and bylaws.
