Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach performs duties in compliance with NCAA, Big South and Winthrop University polices, rules and regulations to support a nationally competitive Division I volleyball program. Job Summary: Assists Head Coach in preparing the Women’s Volleyball team to compete for Big South and NCAA Division I championships. Assists in the daily preparation and coordination of team practices, with a focus on a championship culture. Manages data analytics to assist coaching staff with opponent scouting and produces scouting reports for the team. Assists with the development of strategic game plans, including offensive and defensive strategies. Assist with operations, including team travel, recruiting, equipment, scheduling and budget. Coordinates with the
