Sacred Heart University, located in Fairfield, Connecticut, seeks a head coach for its Division I women's rowing program. This candidate's primary responsibility is to develop the required infrastructure for a successful program as defined by competitive success, student-athlete recruitment and graduation rates, as well as enhancing the program’s reputation to both internal and external publics.
