The Head Volleyball Coach will be responsible for the administration of all phases of an NCAA Division II volleyball program including: recruitment of quality student athletes, organize and train student athletes for successful competition, and monitoring and supporting the academic success of the team. Other duties include: pan and conduct pre- and post-season workouts, prepare and manage budget, fundraising activities and records, and develop alumni relations. Athletic administrative duties may include game management and special events. Head coaching/athletic administrative duties will be 75% of the assignment. The position will including teaching assignment of six credits (25%) that reflect the candidate’s degree, prior teaching experience, and/or area of expertise.
