Assistant to the Director of Athletics
Provides administrative support for the Director of Athletics and Senior Athletics Administrators. In addition to general administrative duties, this position is responsible for: - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing travel and other reimbursements, and ordering office supplies. - Monitors employment process for department: EHRA, SHRA, non-student temporaries and student temporaries; generates employment contracts for EHRA employees (term and at-will), with the exception of head coaches and assistant football coaches; processes employment actions (new hires, salary changes, resignations, discontinuation of employment, creating new positions, etc.); and is responsible for the onboarding process for the department. - Other duties as assigned.
