The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the overall operation of the volleyball program by assisting with coaching, practice and game preparation, recruiting, and program administration under the direction of the head coach. The role includes participating in team activities, contributing to student-athlete development, and ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.
This position also includes responsibilities within the athletic department, such as assisting with event operations, scheduling, and special projects. In addition, it is a live-on role with Residence Life duties, including participation in an on-call rotation, attendance at required meetings and trainings, and support for student engagement and community development within the residence halls.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Previous experience with intercollegiate athletics preferred.
