The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a key member of the MVC senior leadership team and serves as a strategic partner to the Commissioner on all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Planning; Advise MVC leadership bodies on financial performance and risk; Lead multi-year forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
Financial Management & Operations: Direct accounting operations and cash management; Prepare accurate financial statements; Manage revenue distribution.
Governance, Risk & Compliance: Support Finance Committee activities; Oversee insurance, audits, and tax filings.
Leadership & Organizational Support: Supervise finance staff and support MVC-wide initiatives.
