Responsibilities:

Coaching:

The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including on-water coaching, land-based training, recruitment, team travel, equipment maintenance, and promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:

Collegiate rowing or coaching experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

CPR/First Aid and/or USRowing SafeSport certification (or willingness to obtain)

Commitment to the academic and athletic development of student-athletes

Valid driver’s license required and clearance to drive College vehicles required

. Salary and Start Date: $11,698 Coaching. Start date is August 29, 2025.
