Position Summary and Key Responsibilities Primary duties include but are not limited to; programming for and implementing programs for assigned teams, while assisting with others, communication with sport coaches and athletic training staff, and other duties assigned by the Director of Athletic Performance.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a McKendree graduate program is required.
A passion to coach, previous experience working in collegiate/high school/private strength and conditioning.
Working towards certification through NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC).
