•Assist head coach with the day-to-day operations of a Division II Track and Field/Cross Country program. •Organization of weekly, monthly, and yearly training and skill development plan for assigned events. •Student-athlete recruitment – Assist Full Time Staff in the recruitment of prospective student athletes, ability to identify prospective student-athletes (PSA), assess talent, build relationships, and guide PSAs through initial eligibility process. •Organization of practice and training times in coordination with other track and field staff/athletic department staff. •Communicate with student-athletes in the distance event group as well as the rest of the team. •Assist with athlete development. •Assist with promotions and marketing of program. •Assist in coordination of home track an
