Assists the Director with the daily operations of the strength and conditioning program at Millikin University. Working directly with coaches and student-athletes to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and promote a welcoming and championship culture. This position will report to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director of Sports Medicine. This internship is designed as a 10-month experience from August 1 to May 31.
