This full-time position serves in the dual capacity of Assistant Swim Coach and Assistant Director of Aquatics. The role involves both coaching responsibilities for the men’s and women’s swim teams and operational oversight of the Kline Center pool. As Assistant Swim Coach, the incumbent will be responsible for aiding the Head Coach in all aspects of a Dickinson athletic program, including but not limited to the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, administration of practices, marketing and implementation of clinics, leadership development and game strategy.
