Primary Function: The Intern / Assistant Softball Coach will be involved in the day-to-day activities of D-III women’s softball program. Responsible for assisting the head coach with all aspects of the program including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, teaching duties, transporting teams to games and tournaments, and additional tasks assigned. Administrative Responsibilities: •Assists the head coach in coordinating and processes all aspects of; on and off campus student-athlete recruitment, scheduling of season and practice times, preparation and scouting of opponents. •Provide customer services to student athletes, faculty and administration, parents, fans, and community. •Assists head coach with responsibility for functioning within a set budget, game and practice preparation
