Position Summary: The assistant coach, Women’s Swimming and Diving will assist in all facets of daily training and preparation for team competitions. The Incumbent will be responsible for all program operations, managing travel for athletes and coaches/administrators/students, assists the Student Athlete Development staff in managing the student-athlete life skills and players’ development, and coordinating special events for the program. S/he will also manage recruiting records in accordance with NCAA regulations for the recruiting of student-athletes, manage booster functions for donors (including dinner meetings, fund raising events, etc.).
