We are looking for a coach that is passionate about developing players based on a positional play focused game model.

Coaching duties include: Assigned Coaching Responsibilities for a minimum of 3 teams Directly responsible for developing and managing all youth players and teams assigned Recruitment, selection, guidance, development and evaluation of youth soccer players Design and implement training sessions and activities utilizing the TFC methodology, game model and core curriculum. Other duties as assigned or required by Director of Program / General Manager

Administrative duties: Directly responsible for working with Director of Program on player development Proper and timely communication with parents, coaches and all other key stakeholders Attendance at all relevant meetings and conferences pertaining to MLS NEXT / Catalyst programs Session Planning for all scheduled practice sessions as Lead Coach, in line with organization procedures Maintain positive relationships and open communication with BOD, GM, Director of Program, team managers, parents, players, and community at large Provide semi-annual written evaluations to parents for assigned teams Other duties as assigned or required by Director of Program / General Manager

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Soccer coaching experience at a high level in academy soccer, ideally in the Foundation phase (U9 through U12) Minimum USSF C Coaching License (or foreign equivalent) Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and regularly travel to out of town games and tournaments Exceptional communication skills Must have a safe and reliable car, valid license, car insurance and clean driving record Background check cleared

We are located in West Houston and have other satellite locations in the Greater Houston area
