New Jersey Institute of Technology, a NCAA Division I member of the America East Conference is seeking qualified applicants for an Assistant Men’s & Women’s Cross Country /Track & Field Coach. Under the direction of the Head Coach for Men’s & Women’s Track & Field & Cross Country, the assistant coach will have a specific focus on organizing, training, and coaching cross country and track's distance athletes. Oversee meet scheduling for cross country. Additional duties include supporting the recruitment and retention of qualified student athletes, complying with NCAA and university regulations, and participating in community service programs.
