Lead, operate, direct, and manage all aspects of a holistically successful NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Program at Georgia College & State University (GCSU), the state's designated Public Liberal Arts University, in accordance with the University System of Georgia, Georgia College, Peach Belt Conference, and NCAA rules, regulations, and policies. Duties include, but are not limited to scheduling, recruiting, practice planning/organizing, game strategies, travel planning, budgeting, supervising assistants, public relations, campus and community engagement, successful departmental and program fundraising, and camps/clinics.
