The Head Women's Basketball Coach is an essential member of the coaching staff, who provides leadership and vision within the Athletics Department, as well as among the student athletes. This position is responsible for various aspects of the program, such as recruiting, player development, scheduling opponents, fundraising, strength & conditioning, developing annual service/engagement projects for student-athletes, planning and preparation for games and practices, mentoring and evaluating student-athletes, academic monitoring, and other duties as assigned. The position is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by St. Mary's University, the Lone Star Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
