The Head Men's Volleyball Coach is responsible for all facets of the volleyball program which include but are not limited to: recruiting, fund-raising, coaching, preseason conditioning, budget formulation, analysis and management, equipment purchases, public and community relations, parental relations and health and safety. Directs and manages staff of Assistant Coaches. The Head Coach, Men’s Volleyball reports to an Associate Athletic Director, who serves as Sports Administrator. This position requires the willingness and ability to work a nontraditional schedule including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays. Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the NCAA.
