The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Softball Coach. The Head Softball Coach is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management, rules compliance and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Preferred: Master’s degree. Minimum five years of collegiate coaching experience. Experience in NCAA DI or DII and recruiting experience in southeast region. This is a 12.0 month full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Application deadline: May 31, 2026. USCA is an AA/EOE.
