DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Andrew College department of athletics as it pertains to the Men’s Soccer program.
- Work closely with women’s soccer coach to maximize efficiency of budgetary funds and facilities
- Schedule games and practices in coordination with women’s soccer coach
- Maintain the soccer field including cutting of grass and all aspects of maintenance
- Recruit quality student-athletes
- Develop and supervise practices, game planning, schedule arrangements, and off season training.
- Manage Budgets, Fundraising, and additional administrative duties
- Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes
- Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments
- Meet NAIA and Southern States Athletic Conference compliance guidelines and regulations
- Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
- Good driving record with ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- While performing the duties of this job you may be required to lift and/or move heavy items.
- You will also be required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be authorized for unrestricted employment in the United States indefinitely with no immigration sponsorship needed.
