Ole Miss Athletics is seeking an Associate AD for Sport Psychology to direct and oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the Sport Psychology Department. This position will direct and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the sport psychology department in Athletics. The incumbent will identify mental strengths and weaknesses that contribute to or affect an athlete's performance; advise and treat student-athletes with mental health conditions; develop mental strategies that enable student-athletes to overcome setbacks or injuries; and provide supervision, guidance, and direction for support staff.

Minimum Education/Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: (3) Three Years Experience Including Supervisory Experience Licensure: Incumbent must be licensed or eligible to obtain full licensure as a mental health professional
Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Experience: Four (4) years of experience related to the above described duties.
