The Athletics Facilities/Operations Manager assists with the management of athletics facilities and competition surfaces, scheduling, repairs and maintenance as well as event setup. -Helps maintain athletic fields-both grass and turf. Daily preparation of athletic fields for practices and games. Responsibilities will require all types of grass management including: mowing, trimming, blowing, aerating, overseeding, top dressing, and line/logo painting. -Assists with event management for home athletic events. Helps manage setup for home competitions as well as cleanup and tear down afterward. -Coordination and communication with special events and outside renters, preparation of rental agreements inclusive of insurance requirements. -Manage NCAA requirements with regard to technology, equipment and competition surfaces.
