General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Schedule, organize, and oversee games and practices
2. Actively recruit student athletes
3. Monitor student athletes’ satisfactory academic progress
4. Maintain equipment and related inventory
5. Remain current on NJCAA rules and regulations
6. Assist with budget management and fundraising

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Head coaching experience at high school level or above or assistant coaching or playing experience at college level or above
• Demonstrated ability to recruit athletes and coach an intercollegiate athletics program in accordance with the College’s mission and values
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, work independently, and function professionally under pressure
• Ability to work professionally and inclusively within a diverse campus community
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
