General Summary: The Director of Athletics at Minot State University is responsible for the administration and development of a comprehensive, competitive, and respected intercollegiate athletic program, to include all aspects of personnel, budget, operations, facilities management, student-athlete participation, and intercollegiate team competitions. The Director of Athletics reports directly to the MSU President and is responsible for administering the program in a manner consistent with the rules, regulations, and requirements of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) and NCAA as well as the mission and policies of the university.
